What initially appeared to be a tragic road accident in Karnataka turned out to be a meticulously planned murder, inspired by a Rajinikanth film. The chilling incident took place 177 kilometers from the state capital, under the jurisdiction of the Gandasi police. The case was cracked when the so-called “dead man” himself walked into the police station seeking help to claim his own death insurance.
The incident occurred on August 13, 2024, when Shilparani, 39, approached the Gandasi police, claiming that her husband, Muniswamy Gowda, 49, was fatally struck by a lorry while changing a tire near Arasikere. Initially, it seemed like a tragic accident, but the twists in the investigation would soon reveal a deeper, more sinister plot.
