Four-Year-Old Boy Attacked by Stray Dog in Hosapete

BALLARI: A four-year-old boy, Parashuram, suffered severe injuries after being attacked by a stray dog in Kakara Oni, Hosapete, on Wednesday. The dog bit off a portion of the boy’s right cheek and inflicted injuries on his leg. Parashuram is currently receiving treatment at the government hospital in Hosapete.

The incident has raised concerns about the growing stray dog menace in the area. On Wednesday, MLA Gaviappa visited the hospital to check on Parashuram’s condition and offered his support to the family. The local authorities have been urged to take immediate measures to address the issue of stray dogs and ensure the safety of residents.

The community is calling for stricter regulations and effective measures to manage the stray dog population to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
