Doddamani highlighted the delays in setting up the division and the challenges faced by the railway bogie factory in Kadechur Badial, Yadgiri district. Established on approximately 150 acres, the factory struggles to manufacture the required number of bogies. He stressed the need for expanding the factory to increase production capacity.

Additionally, Doddamani pointed out that the construction of two pit lines on the north and south sides of Kalaburagi railway station was sanctioned. While the pit line on the south side is operational, the northern part remains non-functional. He also called for the speedy completion of the Gadag-Wadi new railway line, which will connect the Kalyana Karnataka region with Mumbai Karnataka, noting that the project is progressing at a sluggish pace.
