Belagavi: There are many students who struggle to even pass the exams. While some lucky ones score 90s and very few score a perfect 100 in their subjects, a Belagavi lass has achieved the impossible.
Shailashree Sanvaganva is the sixth semester BCom student from K A Lokapur College in Athani and her achievement is that she has scored 101 marks out of 100 marks in Modern Auditing and Practices. Rani Chennamma University (RCU) has not only given this mark in the final evaluation but has also uploaded the student’s marks card online. Her overall percentage stood at 70 per cent with 2,465 marks out of total 4,400 marks.
When the matter was brought to the notice of the University authorities, they quickly pulled down her marks card online and now Shailashree is unable to even get a copy of her marks card.
She is fighting mixed emotions. While she is happy about the 70 per cent score, she is still unaware of her real score in one subject.
