Dharawad: “The BJP is said to be double engine Government. In the last 14 years, the BJP has ruled for eight years. From 2008 onwards, they have ruled us for 13 more years. I was surprised to see the condition of the road when I went on several roads in Hubballi. They have shown that crores of rupees had been released for Hubballi City. But just see the situation,” said Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy.
Speaking at the Pancharathna Yatra, he said, “Halaravi took me to the Siddharoodha Matha to receive the Ashiravada. After visiting gadduge and offering prayers, 5 to 6 girls had no house. If you go to sleep in the evening in the monastery, the police will beat. The women put across their pain saying that their husbands have died and some have left. They would be harassed if they went in the belief that they would get a protection if they stayed in the matha,” he noted.
“When I came last time had given the responsibility to drinking water supply company. But now the boys have been evacuated. I saw in the newspaper that the boys were fined for not working properly,” he added.
