Dharawad: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committe Working President Saleem Ahammed said, “There is a Government of rowdies in the State. They have no moral right to ask for votes. It is a great misfortune that the Prime Minister has not folded hands with Fight Ravi,” he said.
Speaking to mediapersons in the City, he said that there should be a discussion about this. “This is a Government of rowdies and touts. The BJP has given a clean chit to 23,000 rowdies. In the last four years, 23,000 rowdy-sheeters have been given a clean chit. They are going to hold elections with rowdies. This is known as Corrupt Government of looters.”
“If Prime Minister Narendra Modi gives a befitting reply to a rowdy, it is a misfortune for the Nation. When 40% of the comments were made, it was proved. Rs. 8 Crore cash was held in an MLA’s house. Series of such incidents are taking place and they should be ashamed about the same. Why didn’t you arrest him?, he questioned.
“It has to be said that this Government is an unworthy Government. There should be a corruption-free Government in the State. People want a change. In the Bharatiya Janata Party elders are treated like dustbin,” he said.
