Hubballi: There is a lot of confusion over the guarantee given by the Congress. In this regard, the Congress government should work to clear the confusion of the people. Union Minister Prahlad Joshi said chief minister Siddaramaiah should clarify whether he will give 10 kg or a separate 10 kg in addition to the five kg of rice being given by the central government on the distribution of 10 kg of rice.
Speaking to the mediapersons in Hubballi, Hegde had said that the Congress would release the guarantee as soon as it came to power before the elections. But now they are doing the work of postponing it to July, August. He also said that they are yet to give proper information on how to balance the economy.
Initially, they said that there was a guarantee scheme for everyone and now they are putting conditions. It is not right to talk about one thing after coming to power before an election. He demanded that a clear decision should be taken immediately on such issues.
