In a shocking and brutal incident, a man was viciously attacked in broad daylight on a busy road in Belagavi. Maktum Tathagar, a resident of Aravalli village, was mercilessly struck more than 24 times with a sickle by Muthu Ganachari, the accused. The violent assault left the victim seriously injured, with his body covered in blood. The incident unfolded in full view of the public, causing a wave of shock and fear in the area.
