Vijayapura: BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal has claimed that both the Union and State Governments are collecting evidences against many Muslims organisations including SDPI and PFI to ban them permanently for reportedly indulging in anti-national activities.

Speaking to mediapersons on Saturday July 16 Yatnal said that, “A media report has revealed the conspiracy of Muslim organisations to make India as Muslim majority country by 2047. This is a warning to all Hindus to turn hyperactive in order to give a befitting reply to all the radical organisations.”

“Even, the central leaders of BJP have revealed the details of alleged involvement of Former Vice President Hameed Ansari with Pakistani agents. The Union Government will conduct a detailed investigation into this and no political leader will be spared for conspiring against their own motherland,” reiterated Yatnal.

When asked why none of the cabinet ministers from the State Government met the injured of Muslim community in Kerur violence, Yatnal said that, “The State Government is in favour of Hindus. These Muslims stabbed Hindu activists then there is no question of either meeting the injured or giving compensation to them,” he added, “Even Muslims are now realising the vote bank and appeasement politics of Siddaramaiah. It is for the same reason a woman refused to take compensation from the opposition leader,” chided Yatnal.

Commenting on the development works of the Vijayapura City Assembly segment, Yatnal pointed out that, “In the first week of August, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone for another Rs. 200 Crore worth development works in the City. He will also inaugurate the newly developed office of the City Corporation. This segment will become one of the model segments in the State.”

“Around 10 statues of emperors of Hindu Kingdoms, who fought for the religion, and freedom fighters including Veer Savarakar, Subash Chandra Bose and other eminent personalities will be erected in many junctions of the City. Even roads are being named after many great personalities in the City.”

“We are inviting Union Ministers Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the foundation stone laying ceremony and naming of roads event. The event is being planned to be held in either August or September,” said Yatnal.

Taking dig at the activists who criticised the quality of roads in the City, Yatnal said that, “The newly developed roads across the City are a befitting reply to those useless and unemployed people in the City who tried to plant saplings in the middle of the roads. All the main roads in the City are either asphalted or concretised. Even stress is being given to the beautification of roads. The City will get back its glory within a few months,” Yatnal assured of development in the City.

Tourism Minister Anand Singh is likely to inaugurate the mega rally of over 10 eminent personalities statues in the main thoroughfares of the City on Sunday July 17. The statues include emperor Chatrapati Sambaji Rao, freedom fighters Subash Chandra Bose, Sangolli Rayanna and Veer Savarakar. Around 5,000 people, mainly Hindu activists are expected to take part in this rally. The police have tightened the security in the City, he noted.
