Bengaluru: State prisons department will release 141 prisoners on good conduct from various prisons across the state. These prisoners are released after getting a nod from the Governor.
The main event will be held at Parappana Agrahara where the prisons minister V Somanna will distribute the certificate of good conduct for the prisoners who are getting released today. After that, he will inaugurate the new community radio station opened in the prison.
It is the first community radio opened in any prisons of the state by the prisons department.
