15th Bangalore International Film Fest to Kick Off on Feb 29

Bengaluru : Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah announced on Wednesday that the 15th Bangalore International Film Festival will take place from February 29 to March 7.

The International Federation of Film Producers Associations of Belgium has accredited the Bangalore International Film Festival as well.

The film festival screenings take place from March 1 to 7, and the inauguration ceremony is scheduled for February 29.

The Governor will present the awards during the closing ceremony on March 7.

The inauguration ceremony will be organized in front of Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru and the closing ceremony will be organised in the Banquet Hall of Vidhana Soudha.

A tribute will also be paid to Kannada film legendary actress Lilavati, director Bhagavan and C.V. Shivashankar and other departed luminaries of Kannada cinema.
