Bengaluru: The Regional Transport Office (RTO) was raided by officials from the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Jayanagar, Bengaluru on Friday, September 13.
Nearly Rs 2.75 lakhs in unaccounted cash, along with driving licenses and smart cards, were recovered from the RTO. An additional Rs 1.4 lakhs and twelve mediator permits are also said to have been recovered by the ACB officials.
As per a report by ANI, the ACB decided to raid the location after several individuals filed complaints. More details regarding the investigation are expected to be revealed soon.
