Bengaluru: The first case filed in the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) which was against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah regarding the Hublot wristwatch has been rejected.
A complaint was filed by a city-based advocate seeking a probe into the possession of an expensive Hublot wristwatch by the CM.
The petitioner, Nataraj Sharma said that he came to know about the rejection through media and is yet to receive an official notice from ACB.
A shocked Sharma wanted to know on what basis was his application rejected for he had provided all the documents related to the case.
“I will apply for all documents through the Right to Information (RTI) Act and file a case in the high court,” he said.
This news is an absolute blow to the opposition and sigh of relief for CM Siddaramaiah.
