Bengaluru: Actress Mayuri of Ashwini Nakshatra serial fame who acted in several Kannada movies including Krishna Leela, Istakamya, Ryustum, Mounam, etc married her childhood friend Arun in a simple ceremony on Friday at 2.30 am.
The marriage was held at the Venkateshwara Swamy temple in JP Nagar. As per the government rules, marriage was held in a simple manner. There was no gathering. None from the Sandalwood film fraternity were present. Only family members of both bride and bridegroom attended the marriage ceremony.
Sources said that it is a love-cum-arranged marriage.
