Bengaluru: The single judge bench of the state High Court (HC) has stayed the recruitment of 362 gazetted officers selected by KPSC in 2011, on April 5.
The single judge bench stay order is in response to the public interest litigation filed in HC by Renukamba and few others, who alleged large scale corruption in the recruitment of gazette officers.
It may be recalled that both the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) and the state government had approved the selection of 362 candidates selected by KPSC in 2011 earlier.
