Bengaluru: It seems there is no end to corruption in the State. After the PSI recruitment examination scam now the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has approached the Malleshwaram Police in connection with the recently held Assistant Professors’ recruitment examination.
The KEA has conducted an examination for the recruitment of 1,242 assistant professors, recently. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday April 21 has alleged corruption in this recruitment process.
This now has led to massive embarrassment to the ruling BJP in the State. According to sources, the KEA has requested police to conduct investigation into the allegations that a person has shared questions with a few candidates.
The Police and KEA officials are yet to issue any statement in this regard.
