Bengaluru: The 82nd City Civil Special Court granted bail to former CM BS Yeddyurappa and three others in connection with the audiogate case.
Hassan MLA Preetham J Gowda, Devadurga MLA Shivanagowda Nayak and a journalist have been granted bail in the case. All have been asked to provide Rs.1 lakh as security.
Sharanagauda, son of Naganagauda, MLA of Gurumitkal had moved to police against these four for luring his father to swicth the party as part of the Operation Kamala. Devadurga police registered an FIR.
Fearing arrest, BSY and others had moved to court seeking protection from the arrest.
