Bengaluru: Let us just start by saying: Non-runners, don’t click away! This challenge is for you, just as much as it is for the pavement-pounders. If you’re among the many who view the treadmill as a necessarily evil for staying in shape, People Tree Hospitals is hoping to change your opinion. So, People Tree Hospitals conducted a unique challenge-the treadmill challenge, where in hundreds of Bengalureans came to test their treadmill skills. It was not just the regulars but even those who had never been on a treadmill took part in the challenge and were pleasantly surprised to see their heart numbers in monitors.
