Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) has garnered global acclaim, clinching 10 prestigious awards at the 2025 Airport Food and Beverage (FAB) Hospitality Conference in Barcelona, Spain.

The recognition honours the airport’s premium lounges and food outlets for setting high standards in service, innovation, and ambience. KIA’s official social media handle on X proudly shared the news, celebrating the achievement as a reflection of their steadfast commitment to delivering top-tier experiences.

“We’re proud to announce our win of 10 distinguished titles at FAB Awards 2025,” the post read, acknowledging the unwavering support from partners, staff, and travelers.

A standout at the event was the 080 Lounges, securing seven awards across various categories for their upscale environment, regionally-inspired menus, and inventive hospitality. Terminal 2 also saw victories for The Irish House, which won ‘Airport Casual Dining Restaurant of the Year – Regional,’ and Central Tiffin Room, which earned the ‘F&B Offer of the Year – Sense of Place (Global and Regional).’

Kenneth Guldbjerg, Chief Commercial Officer of Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL), expressed immense pride, saying the wins highlight the creativity and dedication of their teams and collaborators.
