Bengaluru: An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of High Grounds Traffic Police Station, who was seriously injured after being hit by an autorickshaw while on duty, succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday February 28.
The deceased ASI Nagaraju (56), was seriously injured when he was hit by an autorickshaw while he was on duty at Chalukya Circle. He suffered serious head injuries and was admitted to a private hospital on Airport Road for treatment.
Police said that Nagaraju died of brain failure.
