Bengaluru : According to an official, the massive traffic in the city will now be managed by the Bengaluru traffic police department with the aid of an app. The Actionable Intelligence for Sustainable Traffic Management (ASTraM) app is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed to efficiently handle the notorious traffic in the city.
According to Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), MN Anucheth, the app will give traffic police officials a thorough understanding for data-driven decisions. Congestion alerts, incident reporting via a mobile application bot, special event management, and dashboard analytics are all included in the ASTraM app, he claimed.
