Bengaluru: Health infrastructure in Uttara Kannada soon

Bengaluru: The demand for a multispecialty hospital in the Uttara Kannada District has increased following the ambulance accident at the Shiroor Toll Gate on July 20 that claimed four lives. People have demanded to develop of health infrastructure in the District. In response to this, Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar posted a set of tweets on Monday July 25.

 “I’ve read the social media messages of the locals of Uttara Kannada District demanding for a state-of-the-art multispeciality hospital and a trauma care centre. I’ll bring this to the notice of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and will ensure that necessary steps would be in this regard,” read his tweet.

He further wrote, “I’ll also discuss the health infrastructure necessities with the legislators and local leader of Uttara Kannada. We’ll work on it soon.”
