Bengaluru: In a shocking incident, a housewife committed suicide by jumping off the fourth floor of the building.
The deceased has been identified as Sonu Poojary (33), a resident of Kothanur Dinne. Niranjan Poojary and Sonu Poojary were staying in a four-storey house at Kothanur Dinne in Puttenahalli. Niranjan had gone to Mumbai for work. He went to the first floor of the house at 5.00 am on Tuesday when he was alone in the house and fell from the fourth floor of the house. It is not known whether it was an accident or a suicide.
Based on the information provided by the locals, Puttenahalli Police, who rushed to the spot, conducted an inspection and informed Niranjan Poojary. The exact cause of his death is yet to be ascertained.
A case has been registered at Puttenahalli Police Station in this regard.
