Bengaluru: Bangalore University in a circular has urged students, especially hostelers, faculty and staff to stay alert and restrict movement in the night in the background of media reports about a leopard sighting on the its campus on Wednesday January 11.
It has also advised that any sighting of the leopard should be reported to the Higher Authorities in the Administration, immediately. The Administration has also requested the Forest Department to trap the leopard.
On Wednesday, it is learnt that a few students saw a leopard on the University Campus.
