Bengaluru, often dubbed as the ‘Silicon Valley of India’, grapples with notorious traffic congestion. To alleviate commute woes during the TCS World 10K Bengaluru Race on April 28, 2024, Bengaluru Namma Metro will alter its schedule, commencing services earlier than usual.
Revised Metro Timings
On April 28, 2024, Bengaluru Metro services will initiate operations four-and-a-half hours earlier, commencing at 3:35 AM from all four terminals – Nagasandra, Silk Institute, Whitefield (Kadugodi), and Challaghatta Metro Stations.
Service Details
From 3:35 AM to 4:25 AM, trains will run at intervals of 10 minutes. The first train departing from Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station (Majestic) towards MG Road will depart at 4:10 AM. Subsequently, trains will continue operating every 10 minutes until 5:00 AM, with further services contingent upon passenger demand.
