Bengaluru: The Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced the construction of double-decker flyovers as part of the Namma Metro Phase 3 expansion, promising smoother commutes and reduced traffic congestion across the city.

The project involves constructing double-decker flyovers on three major routes:

• JP Nagar 4th Stage to Kempapura
• Hosahalli to Kadabagere
• Additional stretches with key improvements near Peenya and Summanahalli
