New Delhi/Bengaluru: A study conducted on basis of standard of living expense across the globe has pointed at Bengaluru, New Delhi and Chennai for being cheapest cities of the world.
The survey report says that people get service worth the money in South Asian countries, especially in India and Pakistan. Bengaluru, Chennai, New Delhi and Karachi have found the place in top 10 cheapest cities.
“In India, the economic growth has shot up, but the been increased per capita income and expense limit is less. The disparity in income has also put restrains on expenses,” it said.
In Asian countries, rural regions supply goods to cities at a cheaper rate. Even the governments provide the subsidy to many products making them more cheaper. So, compared to Western Countries, in their parameter, the expense of standard of living is less in South Asian Countries, the report says.
