Bengaluru: The Anekal police in Bengaluru are conducting a thorough investigation into the suicide case of guard Sridhar, which occurred two months ago at a farmhouse owned by actor Darshan near Bagganadoddi. Sridhar’s father and sister are being questioned, and his mobile phone has been seized as part of the investigation.
According to Siddhappa, Sridhar’s father, his son was not a supervisor at the farmhouse but worked as a construction supervisor for Durga Construction, a private company that was building a structure on the property. However, he claimed that the company did not pay him any salary for an entire year and instead promised him a plot of land.
On April 16, Sridhar left behind a death note stating that loneliness was the reason for his suicide and asking others not to disturb anyone. The note also mentioned that he had recorded a video on his mobile phone.
Recently, Bengaluru Rural District Police Superintendent Mallikarjuna Baladandi acquired the case file related to Sridhar’s death and the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report on the post-mortem examination. The investigation is ongoing to determine any further details surrounding this tragic incident.
