Bengaluru: After performing puja to “Nandi Dhwaja” at Balarama Gate next to Kote Anjaneya Swami Temple on Wednesday October 5, Chief Minister Basavarj Bommai said he prayed for the people and prosperity of the country.
Speaking to mediapersons he said, “The Covid-19 pandemic limited the Dasara celebrations the last two years. This year, the festival is being celebrated on a grand scale, and all of the programmes have been held successfully.”
The CM arrived in a KSRTC Airavat bus along with members of his Cabinet and at 2.34 pm, the ritual was performed.
