Bengaluru Traffic Advisory Issued for Palace Grounds Events

With multiple events scheduled at Palace Grounds on Thursday evening, Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) has announced parking restrictions in surrounding areas. Authorities anticipate a crowd of nearly 40,000 attendees.

Restricted Parking Zones

Parking will not be allowed on key roads, including Palace Road, MV Jayaram Road, Jayamahal Road, CV Raman Road, Ballari Road, Ramana Maharshi Road, Nandidurga Road, and Taralabalu Road.

Traffic Diversions & Entry Points

• Buses from the city should take the BDA upramp at Windsor Manor Junction, proceed past Gayathri Vihar, and enter through Gate 5. Exits are via Amanullah Khan Gate or Circus Gate.
• Vehicles arriving from Hebbal should turn left at the Mehkri Circle service road and use the Circus Gate on Jayamahal Road for both entry and exit.
• Tempo travellers, cars, and two-wheelers from Yeshwantpur can reach the venue via BHEL Circle, Sadashivanagar police station junction, and Mehkri Circle. Parking is available at Gate 1, with the same route for exit.

BTP urges attendees to follow these guidelines to avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow.
