Bengaluru Traffic Police to Resume Towing of Vehicles in No-Parking Zones

In an effort to curb traffic congestion and promote better discipline, the Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) will be reinitiating the towing of vehicles parked in no-parking zones. This move will target 22 high-density corridors and 75 major junctions, including critical areas within the Central Business District (CBD). The crackdown aims to reduce illegal parking, ensuring smoother traffic flow and enhanced road safety across the city.
