For many, ordering food on Zomato is a common routine, but one Bengaluru woman took it to the next level by ordering right outside the legendary Central Tiffin Room (CTR) to avoid the long wait. With a movie planned, she cleverly bypassed the crowded restaurant by ordering her favorite CTR dishes on Zomato and setting the delivery location just outside the restaurant.
In a swift 25 minutes, her dosas arrived, saving her over 40 minutes of waiting time for a table. The delivery partner, amused by the situation, even wished them “Merry Christmas” before leaving, and the woman’s group enjoyed the iconic butter dosas in their car, making it to the movie on schedule.
However, not everything went smoothly. The order arrived with only one type of chutney instead of the usual two, and the signature runny chutney was missing. To make matters worse, no cutlery was included in the delivery. Despite these small hiccups, the experience was a time-saving success.
