Bengaluru: Around 24 BJP leaders, who are not happy with BJP State President B S Yeddyurappa’s style of functioning, are expected to meet on Wednesday in Tumakuru to discuss their action plan.
It may be recalled that these leaders had recently released a letter to the media expressing their displeasure regarding the style of functioning of Yeddyurappa. The meeting is expected to be held at former BJP MLA Sogadu Shivanna’s residence in Tumakuru. These leaders are likely to discuss the strategy to be adopted during the meeting with Yeddyurappa, who has invited them for a free and frank interaction on Thursday to end the differences in the party.
Apart from Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council K S Eshwarappa, former minister Vishweshwar Kageri and MLC Bhanuprakash are expected to attend the meeting along with other dissident BJP leaders.
