Bengaluru: Finally, 10 of the MLAs who quit the JD(S) and Congress parties in June/July 2019 and joined the BJP, will become ministers soon. The much-awaited Cabinet expansion will be held on Thursday, February 6, at 10.30 am.
Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa announced the date himself.
“The (BJP) high command has agreed to induct 10 (MLAs) from other parties,” he stated.
He also indicated that two to three MLAs from the BJP party will also make it into his Cabinet.
B S Yediyurappa, who was camped in Delhi from Thursday till Saturday, was finally able to convince the party’s national leadership in this regard.
