Bengaluru: Moments after arriving from Davos at the Kempegowda International Airport, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa said that the state Cabinet, which has been the topic of discussion for many weeks, will be expanded in three days’ time.
Speaking to the media about the Cabinet expansion at the airport, the CM said, “I am going to have a discussion with (Union Home Minister) Amit Shah in this regard.”
“Those who lost in the Assembly by-polls will not be considered. The discussion will be only on the winner. The losers will not be part of it,” he added.
Further, BSy said that he will not have to go to New Delhi to discuss the Cabinet expansion, as Shah will visit Bengaluru on Saturday. “I don’t have to go to Delhi, Shah himself is coming to Bengaluru for some personal work. We will use this opportunity to discuss the Cabinet expansion with him.
