Bengaluru: While some of the state BJP leaders like Basangouda Patil Yatnal are taking potshots at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the 25 elected MPs of the state for not responding aptly to the state’s flood victims, prominent orator and thinker Chakravarti Sulibele has criticized at Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers D V Sadananda Gowda.
Sulibele tweeted, “Lol! This man came now @DVSadanandGowda you have said that the people of North Karnataka are misguided. For this statement of yours, people of the state pity you. Remember that you’ve been made minister only because people voted you. What is the use of relief funds after the flood victims have begun standing on their own feet?”

It can be recalled that yesterday, DVS had, on his Twitter handle, tweeted, “Some are misguiding the people of the state by putting out false information on relief funds, for whom I feel pity. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has already informed that the Central Government has already made a report on immediate, interim and long term relief activities.”
