Chikkaballapura: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, who has presented an excellent Budget with a vision of long-term development along with better management of the State’s economic condition, has given funds for the development of District without any scarcity of funds,” said Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa.
Participating in Srinivas Kalyanotsava programme organised at Bagepalli Assembly Constituency in the District, he said that Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar has taken special care for the development of the District. “Steps to double the income of farmers, welfare of weaker sections, women, and youth have been given priority in the Budget. Many schemes were implemented for the welfare of religious places during our tenure.”
“Now Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai’s Government has also allocated Rs. 1,000 Crore grant to Mathas,” he added.
