Chitradurga: Jyoti Raj aka “Monkey Man”, who is known for his death defying stunts, has said that he will perform another ‘killer’ stunt, which he says might be his last. He is performing a dangerous stunt in protest of the failure of the government to include the ‘world famous’ Chitradurga Fort in the list of world heritage sites.

He has revealed that he will be performing the deadly stunt on February 26 and 27, 2020.

Jyoti Raj on Thursday, November 21, said, “The Chitradurga Fort meets all the criteria for being on the list of world heritage spots. It is very sad to know that the government has not taken any decision to include it in the list. Hence, I’ve decided to climb Angel Falls, said to be the world’s highest waterfall, located in Venezuela. I’ll do this as a fundraiser to include the Chitradurga Fort in the world heritage list. This will probably be my last day.”

“The money collected will not only be used for the inclusion of the fort in the list, but also for the welfare of my fellow climbers. I am always ready to do anything for my motherland, Karnataka, as it has nurtured and embraced me with immense love,” he added.

Meanwhile, he is hopeful that the government will respond to his demand positively.

Jyoti Raj has climbed the Chitradurga Fort with ease and with no safety equipment. He has also climbed some of the skyscrapers in Bengaluru and choreographed deadly reality stunts.
