Bengaluru: The officials of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have arrested police constable (PC) attached to Kumbalagodu Police Station in connection with the PSI recruitment scam.
The PC is identified as Somanath Mallikarjunaiah Hiremath. Having four years of service, Somanath had secured 20th rank in the PSI recruitment examination.
While Chief Minister has stated that impartial probe is on with regard to PSI scam, the scam is getting murkier with every passing day.
