Executive Chef Rajeev and his team have crafted a menu showcasing iconic coastal dishes such as crispy Kane Rava Fry, tangy Prawn Gassi, fiery Bangude Pulimunchi, and rich Mangalorean Chicken Sukkha. Each dish features fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, capturing the authentic tastes of India’s coastal regions.
To enhance the dining experience, the in-house bartender has created a special mocktail that pairs perfectly with the festival’s offerings. Additionally, a themed Sunday Brunch will provide guests with a lively atmosphere to enjoy the full spectrum of coastal cuisine.
