Bengaluru: On Saturday, the Karnataka State Congress posted from its official Twitter account that the BJP MLAs would have long been in resorts had it not been for the raging corona crises.

“BJP Ministers and MLAs, who had gone into hiding for a long time instead of involving in covid management, are now suddenly out and about in the battle for the chair of power. The BJP, which is so occupied in the battle for political power in their very own tenure, will never be able to protect the people”, Congress tweeted.

“The BJP-led central and state administrations have failed to provide vaccines to the public, and the Corona pandemic has claimed the lives of millions of individuals. Congress, as a responsible opposition party, has stepped forward to save people’s lives. The party asked that the government adopt the 100 crore project proposed by Congress to provide free vaccinations to the population,” the party said.
