Bengaluru: Increasing COVID-19 fear has forced the iconic Vidyarthi Bhavan in Basavanagudi to stop its dine-in service with immediate effect. But the hotel management has clarified that parcel service, including delivery on the food delivery apps will continue.
It can be recalled that the hotel had launched the dine-in service during Unlock 1.0 on June 8 after all the precautionary measures were kept in place.
But COVID-19 cases in the city are on the surge and this has forced the hotel management to rethink over its decision.
The management has assured that the dine-in service will be resumed once the normalcy returns.
