Bengaluru: Contradictory to the claims of the government that DySP Ganapathi was suffering from mental disorder, the conduct certificate of Ganapathi issued by the policedepartment has graded him as a ‘Very Good Officer’.
Releasing the same on Monday, BJP leader R Ashoka in the Legislative Assembly said that the document demolishes the claim of the government.
According to the document signed on May 28, 2015 by then deputy commissioner of police (Intelligence) Bengaluru city H T Shekar, who was the reviewing authority, graded Ganapathi’s behaviour as ‘Very Good’. The grading has been accepted by IPS officer BNS Reddy, whis is the accepting authority.
The review also grades Ganapathi’s general assessment, attendance, state of health and use of Kannada language in official work as “good”.
