Bengaluru: If sources in the Congress and JDS are to be believed, the latter is likely to launch a reverse version of the BJP’s ‘Operation Kamala’ if an attempt is made to try and topple the state government. Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has listed around 10 BJP MLAs who are ready to quit the saffron party.
According to sources, on Saturday, June 1 night, HDK met with Kalaburgi BJP MLA Basavaraj Dhadesugur in Koppal. The meeting was facilitated by senior JDS and Congress leaders from Koppala and Raichur.
“There are black sheep even in the BJP’s camp so it is not difficult to save the government,” said one of the JDS leaders who facilitated the meeting.
