Bengaluru: Tuesday will be the D Day for Congress strongman from the Kanakapura DK Shivakumar. The Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is interrogating him for the last three days is likely to take a final decision on taking him to the custodial interrogation today.
According to the state intelligence police sources, at least two co-accused, in this case, turned approver for the ED causing a headache to DKShi. Besides this, he is likely to be confronted with a few havala operators on Tuesday over Rs.8.59 crores seized from his apartment.
According to the sources, the investigation will resume at 11 am on Tuesday.
