Fire Erupts in Bengaluru Home, Kitchen Destroyed

A fire broke out in a refrigerator at a residence in Kadugodi, East Bengaluru, on Monday afternoon, engulfing the kitchen and destroying all appliances and utensils. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The incident occurred around 1 PM in VSR Reddy Layout. Firefighters responded swiftly and managed to extinguish the flames within an hour.

Authorities stated that the blaze originated from a second-hand refrigerator. Police have collected samples from the site to determine the exact cause of the fire.

Residents are advised to exercise caution when using old electrical appliances to prevent similar mishaps.
