Bengaluru: In a concerted effort to revamp the landscape of higher education in Karnataka, the Karnataka State Higher Education Council (KSHEC) has taken the step of establishing theme-based task forces.

One such pivotal task force, focusing on the structure of educational institutions, educational attainment, dropout rates, retention, transitions, and socio-economic inequalities, has appointed Fr Francis Almeida from St Aloysius College, Mangalore, as a member.
