
French Dairy Board Hosts Successful Campaign in Bengaluru
Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], July 10: The French Dairy Board (CNIEL), supported by the European Union, hosted a series of immersive events in Bengaluru as part of their ‘Full of Character’ promotional campaign. Led by master cheesemonger Francois Robin, the campaign celebrates the rich heritage, exceptional quality, and delightful flavors of French cheeses.
Showcasing a variety of French cheeses such as Emmental, Mimolette, Comte, Blue Cheese, Camembert, and Brie, the events attracted food influencers, industry professionals, and students. The aim was to highlight the flavors, versatility, and appeal of French cheeses. Attendees enjoyed a workshop and a buffet featuring French cheeses paired with local Indian spices for a unique fusion experience.

Additionally, a culinary workshop at the APCA Institute provided students with valuable insights into French cheese.
The ‘Full of Character’ campaign, a three-year initiative, celebrates the craftsmanship of European cheese-making. With over 1,200 varieties, the campaign emphasizes the diversity, flavors, textures, and aromas of French cheese. The campaign also highlights France’s commitment to animal welfare, sustainability, and reducing its carbon footprint.
