Bengaluru: Mobile phones can be a nuisance at times as the incident in the High Court proved too costly for a girl who took the judge’s picture during court proceedings.
During proceedings the girl clicked the picture of the judge which annoyed judge SS Sathyanarayana who took her to task. The judge immediately asked the police to take her and interrogate.
Girl pleaded innocence by saying it was not intentional and later her parents too joined her to spare her from further enquiry.
Upset by her behavior, the judge handed her over to the High Court police station staff where she had to spend long time. The judge also asked the police to delete the picture from her mobile.
