Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has announced plans to develop a premium residential project on a strategically located 14-acre parcel in Hoskote, East Bengaluru, with a saleable area of 1.5 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,500 crore.

In an exchange filing, GPL stated that this expansion aligns with its strategy to strengthen presence in East Bengaluru — an area witnessing rapid infrastructure growth, enhanced connectivity, and rising demand for high-quality housing. The location is 5 km from NH-75 and enjoys proximity to Budigere Cross, KR Puram, and Whitefield, while also benefitting from the upcoming aerospace park and industrial/logistics zones nearby.
